ORDERING.
No minimum order is required on most molds. We do not charge packing or boxing fees.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the high volume of orders placed daily our turnaround time is usually 2 to 4 business days from the time the order is placed until it ships. Some items may take longer to leave our hands during peak time periods. If you are on a tight time-line, please call us at (330) 329-3970 before placing your order to verify your shipping date.

Most items can be shipped Fed Ex Ground while others are too large & must be sent by one of our commercial shippers.

All items require trimming & Painting and are delivered untrimmed. 

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of full orders only. If you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it you can return it to us within 15 days of the date on which you received it. The full order must be returned in its original packaging and new, undamaged condition for a refund of the purchase price of the products only. We will not refund shipping charges and the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returning the products.
